The guy who runs the Cthulhu podcast that I mentioned in my last post also has a blog devoted to print-and-play games, a hobby I like to indulge in on occasion. Two games mentioned on his sight caught my attention, Stratocracy and Shoulder of Orion (Larry Vela, 2009), both of which you can download for free from here.
